Restocks has come quite a long way from its humble beginnings -- we started out as the first restock monitor for Supreme, and now people use Restocks as a go to place to buy the most hyped releases. As it’s founder, it's been really exciting and humbling watching something small grow and improve over the years.

We've been hard at work on making Restocks better, and we have finally come the decision that charging customers for the app isn't necessary for our success. We've decided to make the current version of Restocks completely free, for everyone. Nothing major is changing with how you use Restocks, we're just now making the app you know and love free.

Again, we have a bunch of new ideas to make the app better that we're working on releasing over the coming months, so this announcement to go free is only the beginning! It's a bit of a risk, but we’ve wanted the app to be free for a long time, and we are finally in a position to do so. So please, tell your friends that we're free, the more we grow, the faster we get to release new updates the the product!

What this means for you: 

If you currently have an active subscription purchased through the website:

  • Your subscription will remain active, and function exactly the same, but you will no longer be billed.
  • Additionally, we have issued you a prorated refund for the amount remaining on your subscription, this should appear on your statement in 3-5 days.

If you currently have an active subscription purchased through iTunes:

  • Your subscription will remain active, and function exactly the same, but you will no longer be billed.
  • To request a refund from iTunes for the remainder of your subscription, please follow the instructions here. 

If you cancelled your subscription, but still have time remaining:

  • Restocks will still function exactly the same, however, because you cancelled your account we do not have a way to automatically refund you.
  • If you would like a prorated refund, please visit get.restocks.help and send us a message and we will process your refund manually.
